Preparations for the 12th Annual Hedo Reunion are in full swing. The new shirts have been designed and ready or ordering. This year we are raffling off many prizes, the grand prize being a 3 day/night stay at Hedo II. The drawing will be held at the welcome party at the Comfort Inn. You don't have to be there to win the grand prize. The raffle is open to all Reunion attendees. You can get an order form for shirts and/or raffle tickets by going to the Hedo Reunion web site at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HedoReunion/ and clicking on the files section.

Hi Doc
Jackie and I are new to your Gang it believe as we have not been confirmed until we meet in HEDO II in Feb 2010. I have been to Hedo II prior during the HEDO II 2007 trip and found you guys to be so much fun to hang out with. We were not part of your group but really had a blast with all. We recently signed up as I mentioned prior but have not been given a USER ID and Password yet, but that's fine i understand it all about security.
I wish we could get to meet you guys sooner but I have to re deploy again to the wars over seas but this time Afghanistan. We are planning to make your Feb 2010 trip to Hedo II part of My R & R mid tour break.
Please send us as much information as you can so that we can meet and greet the Bares as we can and Prepare our selves for another adventure with the Bares.

Hi Doc,
We're hoping to make it to this year's Hedo Reunion. Sounds like it's going to be a blast.
I tried to go to the link you posted for the shirts & raffle ticket order form but it gives me this error message:
Sorry, this group is available to members ONLY.
You are not allowed to access this group.
And when I click on "join this group" it shows the same thing and no options to join.
My account's doesn't have a safety setting or anything so I'm not sure what's up with that. I'd love to see the shirts and maybe look into the raffle. Please let me know how I might be able to do that.

You have to ve a member of the Reunion board to get in. I didn't realize that you were not a member.
You can get info from the Bubbly Bare website at http://www.bubblybares.org and click on Hedo Reunion. I have attached pictures of the shirts. However the closing date for ordering was August 2. If you are interested in shirts or raffle tickets you can email me at docoverproof@gmail.com and If there are any shirts left I will be happy to accommodate you.
